Attend a mortgage readiness workshop. Upcoming workshops will be sent via email and posted here.

Apply for the Homeownership Program during an open application cycle. Dates vary based on construction schedule, 1-2 times each year.
If selected into the Partnership Program,
- Complete the program requirements
- Apply for your home loan
- Sign papers and move in!

If you meet eligibility requirements, you will be invited to complete a full application
Watch the Informational Video (Verlo en español)
If selected into the Partnership Program,
- Complete the program requirements
