Current Opportunities – Accepting Applications

Resales: When an existing Habitat homeowner sells their home, Habitat typically purchases the home back and offers it as a “resale” opportunity to a new qualified buyer. These opportunities are limited, may become available with little notice, and often move on a shorter timeline than new construction homes.

Applicants who are already in our system and meet the qualifications are the first to hear about resale opportunities. Resale homes may also have different income qualifications than new construction homes. To be considered for a future resale, keep your application current and make sure your contact information is up to date.
