International Build Trip coming in November

BEND, Ore. – bend-redmond habitat for humanity for Humanity is excited to welcome six new families into our Partnership Toward Homeownership Program! These six families will begin their sweat equity and financial education journey immediately, preparing them for homeownership in 2019.

bend-redmond habitat for humanity is now recruiting volunteers to join us on our next Global Village Build Trip adventure to Quetzaltenango, Guatemala, November 3-11, 2018. Volunteers will help build a basic two-four room, steel-reinforced concrete Guatemalan house measuring approximately 400 square feet. Volunteers will have the opportunity to work alongside the future homeowners and learn about the Guatemalan culture through various activities. Volunteers do not need construction experience.
