Bend-Redmond Habitat for Humanity partners with hardworking people to make homeownership possible for those priced out of the market. For more than 35 years, we’ve helped over 250 families in Bend and Redmond purchase safe, healthy homes and supported more than 1,100 children and adults through new builds and repairs.

Future homeowners qualify based on need, ability to pay, and willingness to partner. Through education, preparation, and shared commitment, they walk alongside Habitat as active partners in building a foundation for the future.

Each home is purchased with a mortgage tailored to the buyer’s budget. Community support bridges the gap between what it costs Habitat to build and what local families can afford.
