CONSTRUCTION VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
The Construction Volunteer Program offers regular opportunities on our new-construction job sites. Tasks vary depending on what is happening on site that day but there is something for everyone and full-time supervision and leadership to help you accomplish any task! No experience is needed; just a willingness to learn. Come join us and build quality, net-zero ready housing for qualified families and individuals in need.
• Sites open Monday – Friday, 9 am – to 4 pm, all year round
• We have three shifts available,
• 9 am to 4 pm with lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm
• 9 am to 12 pm or 1 pm to 4 pm
• Build sites can be in Bend or Redmond depending on the Construction project at the time.

RESTORE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
The ReStore Volunteer Program offers regular opportunities on our Bend ReStore with a variety of tasks from cashiering, to helping with receiving, being a greeter, merchandising, and more! Come join our staff and other volunteers to help us support affordable housing in our community.
- Opportunities are every day of the week
- Morning and afternoon shifts offered
- Must be 16 years old, or older to volunteer on your own; those as young as 14 years old may volunteer alongside a parent or guardian

DIY Workshop Volunteer Program
Love teaching others how to build, fix, or create? Our DIY Workshop Volunteers lead fun, hands-on sessions for community members—teaching practical home maintenance and repair skills, all in a welcoming, empowering environment.
• Lead or assist with scheduled DIY workshops at the ReStore or partner sites
• Topics range from basic tool use and drywall repair to eco-friendly upgrades and more
• Great for retired professionals, hobbyists, or handy folks who love sharing their knowledge
• Training and materials provided by Habitat staff
• Must be 18 years or older

Partner Family Financial Coach
Walk alongside a Habitat Partner Family as they prepare for homeownership. Help them gain confidence in budgeting, saving, and setting financial goals—training provided.
• Serve a 12–15 month term or until home purchase
• Meet monthly with your assigned Partner Family (virtual or in-person)
• Attend 2–3 annual group trainings & orientation (flexible schedule)
• Must be 21+; background in finance or coaching helpful but not required

Administration Volunteer Program
Support our mission behind the scenes! Admin volunteers help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently, assisting with everything from data entry to donor mailings.
• Flexible weekday shifts at our Bend office
• Great fit for detail-oriented folks or those who prefer a quieter setting
• Tasks may include filing, organizing, data input, thank-you mailings, and more
• Training provided on systems like Bloomerang and Google Suite
• Must be 16 years or older

Community Engagement Volunteer Program
Be the face of Habitat in the community! These volunteers help at outreach events, info sessions, booths, and celebrations—spreading the word about our mission and impact.
• Opportunities vary by season and event schedule• Tasks include staffing tables, welcoming attendees, handing out materials, and
engaging with the public
• Perfect for outgoing individuals who love talking with people
• Must be 16 years or older
