Warranty Claim Form

This form is to be used to submit a warranty request. If this is an emergency, please submit a form and contact BRHFH as soon as possible and your request will be returned immediately the following business day. If you need to obtain immediate services to avoid damage, please contact a subcontractor on your subcontractor list provided to you at closing. If the item is covered under BRHFH’s warranty, BRHFH will reimburse you for the cost of the subcontractor to come out and make temporary repairs. However, if the issue is not covered under BRHFH’s warranty or has been caused by the homeowner, you will be responsible for all temporary repairs and damage caused. If you have any question of whether or not the item, you are requesting is covered or not please refer to the Limited Warranty Agreement and the BRHFH Warranty Information document provided to you at closing.
