Healthy & Resilient Homes Pilot Program

Bend-Redmond Habitat for Humanity is launching the Healthy & Resilient Homes Pilot Program, designed to help existing Habitat Homeowners stay comfortable and safe during Central Oregon’s increasingly hot summers and smoky wildfire seasons.

Through this program, Bend-Redmond Habitat for Humanity is providing income-qualified homeowners with a free high-efficiency heat pump air conditioning system. These systems provide reliable cooling while also improving indoor air quality and circulation.

In addition to installation, each selected home will receive a Healthy Homes Assessment to ensure the system is properly matched to your home and supports long-term comfort and efficiency.

This pilot is funded to serve a limited number of households. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis for those who meet eligibility requirements.
