Current Opportunities – Accepting Applications

We are not accepting applications at this time. 

Resales: Occasionally, an existing Habitat homeowner sells their home. When that happens, we may purchase the home back and offer it as a “resale” opportunity to a new qualified buyer. These opportunities can come up with little notice, and people already in our system are the first to hear about them.

Resale homes may have different income qualifications than our new construction homes and typically move on a short timeline. If you’d like to be considered when a resale becomes available, keep your application current in our system.
